[David clicks on the video feed and smiles, polite and somehow a little more genuine seeming than normal, maybe less like he's smiling politely because he feels like he has to, and more because he actually wants to. It's still a little unsettling, because, well, this is David and he's not human, but it's still clearly more friendly than he usually is.]

Mr. D'Amico seems to believe that several people on board, including myself, are acting strangely, but I haven't noticed any unusual behavior from anyone, to be honest.

Apparently, [And this is being said in a tone of voice that clearly states that David sees nothing unusual about any of these facts.] I seem happier than usual, Rex is scheming about something, and Megamind has been discussing the mechanics of intercourse between two men with him.

[He raises a brow -- not at the part about two men, but at the part about discussing it. The Lieutenant's proclivities are far from unknown on the ship, but he's a private man. He doesn't talk about his personal life.]

Uh, yes, well, Megamind's indiscretion... and Mr. d'Amico's confusion about basic biology... aside, that doesn't sound particularly out of the ordinary.
