[The feed clicks on to show a shot of the ceiling in David's cabin before it's picked up, moved and adjusted until you get a good view of a red headed woman, who looks pretty worn out. She's better than she was yesterday, at least, given she spent most of it sleeping off an emergency C-Section, but it's pretty apparent that she's been through some stuff and probably needs a shower.

She swallows and lets out a slow breath before saying anything.]

My name is Dr. Elizabeth Shaw, and I've been told that I'm here for David. [Which was just. Fucking weird, and there are a lot of things she wants to ask about the ship and the Admiral, but the first one she ends up blurting out is a fairly simple one.] Can anyone tell me what he's doing here? I know what this place is supposed to be for, [Because she's looked around the network a little.] but I don't understand why he'd be brought here.

[Because even if David was a very human robot, and was pretty fucking creepy, she doesn't know the full extent of how creepy he is yet, and so she's not sure why he'd be here as an inmate, and definitely not why he'd choose to be a warden.

She pauses again, lifting a shaking hand to rub at her forehead slightly.]

And if someone could direct me to whatever infirmary you have on board, I would appreciate it.

[It takes another moment's pause for him to snap out of it.]

N-no. Nothing is wrong. It is just...

I...the person I am here to replace...she is also an Artificial Intelligence. [Hello, unexpected common ground]

[Well, that's unexpected.]

[For once, he felt the need to divulge that bit of information voluntarily.]

I'm sorry I didn't get to meet her.

[A slight nod. He understands the notion. Suddenly, he was incredibly curious to meet this David as well.]

According to my information, the medical ward is just around the corner.

I will stay with you until we have found you an attendant.

[She nods, which is a little awkward to do from this angle, but the point gets across.] Thank you.

[It's heartfelt and sincere, because it already feels like it's been weeks since she's seen any kindness or genuine concern thrown at her, even though it's just been a few hours.]

[Razer was also sincere, but he was curious. Knowing this woman had been here to take the place of an Arteficial Intelligence...that had been surprising enough. But now he had confirmation that she knew of his nature. And had still accepted her role.]

[There were many questions he wanted to ask her, but he did not know where to start. First, focus on getting her to the medical table.]

[It should not be that difficult; though the slight disorientation from some staff having gone temporarily missing, there did not appear to be many patients at that time.]

[Shaw didn't really mind. Just about anything was better than the situation she'd been in before coming here, and so she's just quiet, taking in the new location as best she can from her position, but not commenting on it at all.]

[He hesitated in his next request. Not out of any personal sense of awkwardness--the close proximity one grew accustomed to as a soldier had jaded him to such topics--but out of respect for her.]

It would be a good idea...if I checked on your injury. Just to be sure the wound did not reopen in the transport.
