[David is once again in his quarters, sitting on the couch in the same room he was in when he did his intro post. He does explore the Barge itself pretty frequently, and can usually be found basically picking up after people and generally trying to find ways to be useful. It's a habit.

It is my understanding that many people here come from a world where artificial intelligence [Which has always kind of seemed like a stupid phrase to him, especially now that there's proof humans are basically just the product of another species' dicking around with a petri dish.] has not been developed yet. For those who are, I would be very interested in hearing what robots in your world are designed to do.

What is Oa like?

It is a large planet inhabited by the Guardians. Much of the architecture is Urban in nature, as there is a heavy emphasis on technology and order.

It is primarily used as the home base for the Green Lantern Corps. There are some Lanterns who reside on the planet as well. Training also occurs there, as does the Main Power Battery.

The rings. The source of a Green Lantern's power.

What do they do?

Their main function is to create solid constructs used in battle. But other abilities include Space Travel, Flight, communication, and a highly advanced universal translator.
